Portfolio Management

To provide a working forum for industry professionals to participate in the evolution of the processes, guidelines and strategic decisions required for successful management of institutional real estate portfolios and their constituent investments.

Goals and objectives of the Committee include: (1) increased education on current portfolio management issues through exchange of information and open discussion, (2) completion of collaborative projects, articles and tools which would be made available to the NCREIF membership, and (3) representation of the investor perspective in the workings of this and other NCREIF committees.
